green tea with fat burner?
Hi
I take lipo 6 fat burner regularly. on the box there is a warning "nat to take caffeine from other sources including tea and coffee"
but as my regular routine i take 4 cups of green tea daily. is that ok or will it cause any problem as i know even green tea has caffeine.

Depends on your caffeine sensitivity. If you have hyper-tension or another condition it could pose a problem. Without knowing how much caffeine there is in your fat burner it's hard to say. 8 oz of green tea has about 15 milligrams of caffeine. A safe daily intake, depending on your source, can range from 200 to 300 milligrams.
